Pros

Flexibility, Thorough training, Free food each day during training allowing trainees to try everything on menu. Culture and atmosphere affirming and accepting.

Cons

Servers are not given proper appreciation or recognition. FOH employees are never treated with the same respect as BOH employees. Servers input is never considered when changes are needed to be made.
