At SilverRock, we strive to foster a work environment where every team member feels valued and supported. It is disheartening to learn that your perception is that our values did not align during your time with us. Pros

Working remote is always a plus

Cons

The call center vibes can be overwhelming and things always seem to be backed up. There's constant changes to the structure of how things are done. Can be very Micro managey at times.

Pros

Who doesn’t love working from home?

Cons

Zero growth opportunities. They advertise “promoting from within” but beware - they often poach from Drivetime or Bridgecrest rather than promoting very deserving internal SilverRock employees. If you question or challenge literally anyone superior to you, or - in my experience, refuse to engage in inappropriate conduct with direct managers, you will be barred from promotion let alone decent treatment.
