Pros

SilverRock has a start up feel with the backing of some major companies such as, Drivetime, Manheim, Next Gear Capital, Kelley Blue Book and Autotrader. The culture is great, very innovative and always has the mind set of ways to improve the company. SilverRock has a lot of potential for upward mobility and establishing a career here.

Cons

Change is probably the biggest con, but with a newer company, you have to learn how to grow with it. We have to understand our industry is very competitive, so change is necessary to stay on top of our game.

Pros

Prior to 2021, there were many pros. Seeing as how we are past that...... there are no pros.

Cons

SilverRock does NOT care about people. There was a time, long before current AD’s and SM’s that this company truly valued their people. That is long gone. If you are an individual who values being valued, it’s not the place for you. You are a number, a “butt in a seat.”

Pros

Depending on your experience there are quite a few roles to choose from. I also like that the company foster growth for their employees.

Cons

Leadership actions are not always consistent.
