Inside and a/c. Different culture and nice change from dealers or auto retail.

Cons

There is 0 consistency with management. In all ways. Ideas that you come up with and are implemented are never given credit back to you. Most leaders are millenials and are oppertunist. Regardless of what they say you are just a number.

Working with a start up company has endless potential to grow and learn. It's a great environment for those who are intellectually curious and are driven to perform. Everyone is collaborative, transparent, and passionate, which makes for a great culture!

Cons

As with any start up company, there can be growing pains to overcome. However, everyone works together for a common goal.

Pros

There are always new projects coming up and regardless of what department you are in, you can work together to get it done. Love that there is opportunity to learn about the entire business on top of your current position. In addition, you get to work with people at all levels of the company and the sister companies. It's also great that we are able to get our work done without being micromanaged.

Cons

Lots of change but I think in the end, change keeps you on your toes and ready for anything! Besides that, no cons!
