Pros

Who doesn’t love working from home?

Cons

Zero growth opportunities. They advertise “promoting from within” but beware - they often poach from Drivetime or Bridgecrest rather than promoting very deserving internal SilverRock employees. If you question or challenge literally anyone superior to you, or - in my experience, refuse to engage in inappropriate conduct with direct managers, you will be barred from promotion let alone decent treatment.

Thank you for sharing your experience as a Customer Service Representative! It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the flexibility of working from home; it can be a significant advantage for many individuals. Across the organization, we work hard to create and foster a fair and safe culture to work and grow within, and do not play into favoritism. Growth and internal promotion is part of our culture, which is why we are happy to provide tools, resources, and benefits to help our employees accomplish their professional goals. We appreciate your review, and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
