They have a slogan "love greater than fear" which is a complete lie! They bought our building and came in and fired 70 percent of staff---some of them because they couldn't read English well enough!!!!!

great vision, loving staff, great communication and respect aming staff, resident care #1, lots of smiles, lots of food, we can bring our pets and children to work; adminsitration seems genuinely interested in provising world class care. has open door policy; administrator listens to our concerns and questions.

Philosophy, what the company provides to the ALZ/Dementia/Memory Care geriatric population is beyond helping, it's life changing. The company is in growth mode!

Cons

The benefits are very expensive, and the 401k match is not good. The company is still a little behind the times with how they operate. It's difficult to change a mindset from a small/mom-pop company to a dynamic fortune 100 company.
