Pros

-Leadership is heavy on employee appreciation -Leaders are hands on and lead by example -Leadership is very in tune with their teams -Work is fulfilling -Coworkers are friendly and helpful -Community smells clean but not sterile -Residents are well cared for -Building is being revamped throughout -Lots of outdoor space -Assignment sheets are balanced, based on acuity and are maintained with care staff input -Competitive pay -Abundant OT opportunities -No registry caregivers -Lots of tenure in every department -Generous time off

Cons

-Community is in a state of transition and is working hard to getting back to standards -Associates have a hard time if they are not dedicated -No tolerance for slacking off -High expectation of resident centered care
