Pros

Management and co-workers were nice enough people.

Cons

Low paying job. A lot of turnover. Too much mandatory overtime. Unrealistic expectations for production. Always understaffed.

Pros

Good reputation with Customers, pay and benefits are ok, co-workers are a good group, Company is involved in charitable causes (Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, Pelotonia).

Cons

Integration (payroll and benefits) with relatively new corporate ownership....a little rough at first but getting better all the time. Old manufacturing processes and systems.
