Supportive team and manager, but severely underpaid

Pros

The team was great and my direct manager was good to work with. Able to choose whether to work from home or office depending on preference & circumstances

Cons

Hugely underpaid for the work required and requests for review were routinely dismissed. Understaffed - needed an additional 2 people to really. Continuously adding tasks to the team that have nothing to do with the job role, that should be dealt with by other teams

As a business, we have allowed home/hybrid working since well before it became the "norm" during 2020, and we have many examples of colleagues across the business that have benefitted from other levels of flexibility!
