can work remotely most of the week pay is decent health insurance is good

Cons

There's low to no job security. Layoffs do happen just when you think you're in a good spot. There barely any balance in workload. Management plays favourites, and assign a lot of work to certain people while others barely do anything.

Processes changes everyday, no SLA in place so a lot of the departments are shifting blame on each other.

I think SB has an amazing culture of innovation, collaboration, and openness that is very refreshing especially coming from a very big legacy-style organization; I also really appreciate how much freedom there is to be creative and contribute in meaningful ways to the organization regardless of position (management v. non-management). I think they are incredibly generous with compensation, benefits, and pto, etc. -- I am grateful for what they offer and I want to just validate their trust in me with hard-work and dedication to the company!

Cons

It's difficult to say anything negative here because SB is so far above any place I've previously worked in my career. I'm really happy here!
