-Was given freedom to do the work I wanted in the specific role -Dress code wa relaxed

Cons

-Low salaries for junior, mid tier roles -Senior management and CEO are outdated on modern management concepts -High turnover rate and not enough effort devoted to helping employees who are slow or disabled -HR department needs improvement -Mostly older crowd works there -Work/life balance is ignored

I can't think of any, other than the fact that your friends who don't know anything about the inner workings of this place, will think that you work at a reputable employer. So maybe, some bragging rights?

Cons

Toxic culture, extremely political, constant changes in management, high turnover, no training, unrealistic expectations from staff, no systems in place. They don't know their numbers, it's a nightmare. Do not join if you care for your own mental well-being.
