Pros
Fun environment, young people. Also every week there is something for the employees (either a ride night - they open a ride longer only for employees or a movie / game / food night).
Cons
The salary is low and it is a small possibility to do extra hours. Also, I feel that american employees have an advantage - they can become a team leader - while for international people is a lot more difficult.
