Pros

Free Admission, tickets for friends, making new friends. Great as a summer job but I wouldn't want stay there too long. Meeting celebrities as music artists when concerts go on at the park.

Cons

Working in high heat, cold, rain, wind and just about any other weather condition you can imagine. Guests can be rude and treat you like you're worthless, however some are very nice and fun to talk to. Hours can be crazy and random when night shifts are late or call in.

Pros

There are employees from all over the world. I still email with people that were on my crew from other countries. Also employee ride nights and free admissions were great.

Cons

The hours were pretty long, especially at the begining of the summer and the very end of the summer. Once you survive the first two weeks though, the rest is a breeze.

Pros

The opportunity to meet hundreds of new people, and co-workers every day. From all around the world. The close, family like enviroment. Free access to the worlds best coasters, and theme park. Free CLEAN uniforms daily.

Cons

Promotion to supervision requires sucking up, and practically a lifelong commitment. There is NO time off permitted, unless you tell the park EVERY single day you will need off for the summer at your contract signing. Straight time pay for over 40 hrs. (Usually 50-60 hr weeks)
