Super toxic atmosphere — lots of old school advertising management stuff like pitting people against each other and being cruel to “motivate” people. No work-life balance because you’re always pitching.

-The most talented teammates with a true "win as one" mentality -Thoughtful business to be apart of -No idea is too big or too small -Steady opportunities if you're willing to dig in and make a plan -Autonomy to do what you need to do and be trusted -Benefits continue to improve year after year -SixSpeed actually operates around its core values

Cons

There's a lot of autonomy which creates a lot of grey area. This is good generally but can cause confusion
