So much missed potential.

Pros

Job security, you can do whatever you want because they think they need people. Employees rule the roost rather than management. It feels like you are surrounded by family....unfortunately sometimes it's the annoying cousins that you wish you only had to see twice a year.

Cons

The company pays well below the average for every position within the company. While they have a complete training program for every position it has never been implemented therefore you have a restaurant full of poorly trained employees. Consistently understaffed because the pay is low and employees are often treated poorly. No consistency from the company and they let the employees get away with everything just because they need people.

Pros

Working with friends.. *this is irrelevant to the company I need to have 20 words so blah blah

Cons

-Low labor expectations that could sacrifise customer service if the right, dedicated people arent on shift. -Only recognizes GM's as being worthy of bonuses and not lower management -Barely any holidays off.. Christmas, thats about it. -Frequently changing operations to where we have to randomly learn something new. -Big wigs seem to care more about the fung shei of our store rather than our feedback -Does not offer paid vacations unless you're GM -Failed promises about growth Much more than i can add

Pros

You get to see how a corporate store fails to understand culture, integrity, and employee work life balance. You get to see first hand how not to run a company.

Cons

Long hours for little pay. The salary base ends up being 12.00 a hour with overtime. Not worth your time or hassle. Upper management does not care about employees your just a employee number. Bonus is weak and does not create excitement.
