The schedule is somewhat flexible as long as it is on their terms.

Cons

What isn’t a con? Low pay, long hours, miss every family event, work every holiday, can’t use your vacation when you want, work every weekend all day, upper management tells you to deal with issues yourself. I could go on but I feel you get the picture. Don’t work for them period. I worked here for way to long.

Especially if you are in college you make a ton of money

Management is unprofessional, the people are rude, and I'm pretty sure they are running some illegal compensation practices.

Pros

Free meal card for managers to use at other restaurants. The pay was good, above industry at this level of service.

Cons

No support from the top. Unrealistic goals but expect everything to run perfectly while cutting back way too much on labor. Pay for crew is very low with no benefits and the like to do raise freezes for months on end for all employees. They have the dm's give their numbers out to crew so they can call them if they have an issue with store managers. They micromanage and will not praise you but instead constantly threaten your job.
