Pros

This company is good for raising money from outside and for hiring hardworking engineers.

Cons

It has efficient strategies to kick out the employees. If the guy is someone below director level (including director), he will be directly kicked out without any signs, and other employees will receive an email from the company not to contact the guy, otherwise…. If the guy is in the VP level, the company will hire a new SVP, and force you to report to him till you leave there in a couple of weeks or months.

Pros

none except that some talented people working hard there

Cons

Almost everything. CEO is as spoiled as 3-years-old of my neighbor, SVPs and VPs are incapable and ridiculously occupies high levels, this is the root of tons of problems.....People working hard are not treated fairly. The company has been suit multiple times for illegally abusing people. No work/life balance at all.

Pros

Staff, a lot of good people work there, and the pay is decent if you can deal with the cons.

Cons

Management treats people like children, and have an elitist attitude. This is a stepping stone job because if you stay too long they will take you for granted (long hours, no annual reviews, no raises) once you fall out of favor with the monarch style rulers. They do not know how to manage people, planning, or how to appoint management. They do not communicate unless its to pat themselves on the back or scold the staff.
