Pros

-Semiconductor mfg in Temecula. If that's your passion then Skorpios is the only game in town. -Good teamwork. People are making the best of a bad situation.

Cons

-Poorly run. Poorly organized -Micromanagement from top down -It's a sweatshop

Pros

Are looking for a soul-sucking, thankless job? Then this is the perfect place to be! Are you enjoy getting yelled at? Then this is the perfect place to be! Are you enjoying working 24/7 and having no life? Then this is the perfect place to be! Are you looking to avoid your family and come back home after dinner and work on your off-days? Then... this is the perfect place to be! If you accepted the job, then congratulations! you deserve the "Unluckiest Person Alive" award!

Cons

Along the long, endless list of items to complain about, people here will STAB YOU IN THE BACK! Beware! Get ready to be yelled at by upper management. You cannot make your opinion heard without getting you AND everyone else get punished. Complain to your managers... Boom. You're punished. HR should be renamed to CR... Company Resources. Horrible place to be. High turnover rate. I have seen many companies come and go in my 10 years of working at this facility. Skorpios is the worst one yet. You will be constantly asked to come in on your days off. There is no acknowledgement nor reward. All you get is more work to do on your days off. Do not let them abuse you! People who have newborns are still expected to put minimum 60 hours a week. I haven't even scratched the surface... it's too much... Toxicity is rampant. Your coworkers, your bossess, your bosses' bosses will throw you under the bus with no hesitation. Trust no one!

Some good folks to work with and dependant upon department you can have a good day.

Cons

Get your money coming in.. No reviews, No raises. Forget what you learned before coming here. They won't value it.
