Not the worst job I ever had but close
Cons
Horrible business model and ran by engineers that know nothing about running a business. Product is not ready for market and don’t believe them when they tell you it’s close. From what I can see, it is a big dud. The factory is a bunch of ancient equipment by industry standards and they seem to have no desire or money to update them. Instead they expect techs to fix them with cheap temporary fixes then can’t understand why the break down again and again. There are a few good people who are overworked but most are just lazy and entitled jerks. Morale is terrible and turnover is high. Safety is not even on the radar. Someone is going to get hurt.
