* One of the best places in the world for robotics, with deep investments in core technology at every level and significantly beyond the state of the art in many categories. * Open culture of transparency and humility. Overconfidence is strongly discouraged, and everyone has a voice. * Skydio is such a small team relative to its opportunity that it acts as an accelerator for career growth for anyone who is motivated.

* Very fast paced, can be tiring. * Growing company pains as we figure out how to scale up to many customers and products.

Cons

Management is very very poor. nepotism referrals no experience or bad experience from small companies. I worked in about a dozen places too. This place takes the cake as the worst management. All their manufacturing lines are designed horribly. Some people don't speak English well here can't communicate ideas. They get all pissed off when you ask questions low EQ if you are trying to understand something deeper. High turnover job they slander you. People joking before the shift about how we all are going to get fired before the start of the shift
