Mission driven, down to earth leadership, crazy tailwinds, explosive growth potential, incredibly smart co-workers

Cons

Trying to do too much with too few people. Rampant burnout. Cohesive employee culture has suffered badly since company more than 2x'd size since going remote.

Growing fast! Moving into a bigger building soon. Pretty great food/snacks options available. (depends on your preferences) Show up on time, go home on time. Good management. Good benefits Free temperature checks and coronavirus tests. Opportunity to learn new skills.

Cons

The career path in manufacturing is unclear and may be limited. When the line is very busy it can be stressful.
