Pros

Nice office location and free coffee. Although you can't drink it at your desk without a lid.

Cons

HIIG is not a good place to work in my opinion. Poor management style. Not impressed with talent there. Very misleading during the interview process and very much encountered unhappy employees looking to leave. Unrealistic work demands. They will say need it done by tomorrow and force you to work heavy overtime. Very high turnover. No eating lunch or food at your desk. Best to just stay way and look elsewhere.

Garage parking, free coffee, endless supplies... wait, that's where the bonuses go.

Cons

Where to start? Management sucks, HR is awful - and probably breaks laws left and right, co-workers are always grumpy, no raises, no bonuses, nothing! Not to mention the owner has two parking spots so he can park crooked. Really?

No raises what you are offered is all you will get for the rest of your employment Management looks down on the employees who do the work first year reviews where done but no raise No 401 K HR only sides with upper management Bonues only for upper management no profit sharing No career advancement Rather replace employees than change
