      Pros

      They offer a very competitive base salary for sales and marketing positions. Many of the consultant's are top-notch.

      Cons

      Re: Sales The culture is not what they say it is at the home office. It is full of politics and inner circle games. Sales people are brow-beaten and bullied, consultants lauded. If coming from a larger company you'll be shocked at the meager benefit's package. The senior sales management is not at all qualified.

      great flexibility. Good salary. Great corporate culture. allows consultant to have a say in client placement.

      Cons

      Feel far removed at times. Company has grown significantly larger, culture has changed.

      Pros

      One of the best benefits of working for Slalom is the business model of no travel for consultants that enjoy what they do - consulting. The innovative approach to employee benefits are also a plus such as the sabbatical program so consultants can take time off (1 months) with some pay.

      Cons

      Its a relatively flat organization so not much in the way of career advancement (could be a good thing for people that just want to consult, do good work and have great work life/balance).
