      Pros

      Great people, great work, great fun! Taking the best and brightest people from big 4 type consulting jobs and out of industry, Slalom recruits only the top talent. Slalom is fortunate to count all the major northwest companies amongst it's clients, and to have great opportunities for it's staff at those clients. Slalom offers a fun work environment in the office and has quarterly and annual events, as well as allowing consultants flexible work schedules for a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      None that I can think of - it truly is a great company to work fun, and thoroughly deserved it's place in the 10 best consulting companies to work for 2007.
