      Pros

      Its people - by far - are extraordinarily talented and dedicated to what they do. The company truly values it's employees and listens to feedback and comments. The company is also extraordinarily entrepreneurial and isn't bogged down by burocracy or multi-step processes to get an easy thing done. Consultants are empowered to really drive the business.

      Cons

      Consulting as an industry is a bit more suseptible to the ups and downs of the economy.

      Pros

      Smart people focused on helping clients and having a life. local model keeps it feeling like a small company but has the sucess and momentum to deal with larger projects on a national level

      Cons

      flat organization not as much career progression as a more structured company. Local model can be a challange when trying to do bigger more complex projects.

      Pros

      Amazing culture. Consultants and clients come first. Incredible client list. Rapid growth 7 years in a row. Management Consulting, Technology Solutions, ERP and Business Intelligence all in one firm. Cool events. Very entrepreneurial culture. I plan to stay for many years.

      Cons

      Seems like there are many great career opportunites within the firm but it is difficult to know how to get access to them/who to talk to.
