Pros

Autonomy time off, even if it is unpaid plenty to do in this start up, just a matter of knowing the right people to make a difference If a gap exists in your experience and your expectation, first look to yourself to solve it (80% can be resolved by you) then raise the issue with leadership: state your goal and your proposed plan on how they are going to help you get there.

Cons

lack of depth in opportunties, but improving not always clear who the right person is to talk to in "leadership"

Pros

The firm has great clients, great projects, and our consultants really are passionate about building one of the best consulting firms in the industry. Also, while there is a focus on business success, the firm is very fun, social, and I really believe almost everyone here has strong friendships with co-workers. The local model really helps foster this. Also - the firm has strong leaders who care about the consultants in the firm.

Cons

The firm is growing very fast, with that growth, people have to be OK with change. Also - we really empower people to build and try new things...again, change is going to happen in a company that is never satisified with the status quo. Communication is something that is always an area that could improve as we move from a smaller to a bigger company.
