      Relatively low bar for entry for consultants and associates compared to Big 4

      Cons

      Inept leadership at the director + level with no vision for building the business, or developing consultants, or running a firm--many Slalom lifers with inflated sense of self Mediocre work product in every area except Data and Build Focused on program management and staff aug so more like staffing agency than case teams Will lay you off without severance for failing to find staffing

      Meet new clients, learn new stuff. Good support from company.

      No real sense of a team, more like a profit digging/sharing scheme, with focus more on making ‘great' profiles to stun the clients than actually helping them.
