Pros
- Coworkers were very friendly and management extremely capable and professional - I worked with great people at the company, all very talented individuals - Communication between management and employees is excellent - BIZX fosters personal initiative and created an environment where creativity could flourish - Gained a lot of work experience and career growth - Like to stay ahead of the technology curve so I had benefit of learning the latest and greatest
Cons
- I had a very long commute to work - Expectations are high, which isn't necessarily a con. 100% effort is required.
