Pros
Well, I guess that working remotely can be a good thing. Product-wise, I think they are great, but I could never try the product on my cats.
Cons
Well, I was part of a team that was developing a new version of their product. We never had an actual guideline or something, just a proposal on what to do. I worked during the new year and Christmas to prepare the latest version. We had sporadic weekly deadlines because that was the way things rolled. After all the effort and time, we were notified that we were changing languages and a new team was taking over. All that time I spent doing that thing will never come back.
