      Pros

      Had good work life balance until 2023. People doing real work like eachother.

      Cons

      Pay is below industry average. Good leaders are leaving. Bad 'yes men' leaders are staying and promoted. Getting promoted is impossible. New leaders only hire external friends.

      unlimited holiday exhausting working hours lack of recognition

      Cons

      promises of pay hikes and bonuses are vaporware lack of moral support co-workers sacked for taking mental health time off expected to work over and above normal working hours expected to work evenings and weekends

      Pros

      technology was good, customer base was engaging, and they cared about the customers.

      Cons

      100% fraternity/boys club. how is it that everyone the original guys know from college are the right fit for the role they put them in? critical disparity between offices on both coasts. low comp no vacation benefits = rotating door
