Pros

"unlimited" PTO (but that varies from team to team), lots of opportunity for growth when it comes to employee happiness and retention, free beer

Cons

Company doesn't take that opportunity for growth and instead falls into traditional "business values" while masquerading as a hip, new-age startup. It's not, most employees seem unhappy, and retention is a big issue. HUGE expectation to "go the extra mile," to the point where a normal workload seems like you're not doing enough. I've heard from multiple coworkers that there used to be a "days since last cry" counter, and I can confirm that I've cried more in this role more than all of my previous roles combined.

Pros

Good Salary, Some great co-workers

Cons

It is Private Equity and ALL , and I mean, ALL they care about is bottom line. Management is inexperienced, unwilling to tell the truth, middle management is full of fear of losing their job every day, offshoring to India is their savior for bottom line. The process is a mess, even when highly paid consultants have told them point blank what's wrong, they ignore it and keep marching sideways. They care about their own bonuses and will do ANYTHING to get them. STAY AWAY.

We really appreciate you're feedback, although we're really disappointed to hear about your experience. As an HR team, we do not ask anyone to post inaccurate reviews. We spend considerable time and energy to make sure our leadership team is aligned and effectively communicates the mission and objectives of the company. Transparency is important, and while we cannot please everyone, we're committed to sharing key information with our employees. We are in a unique position as a company, where we have many business problems to solve for our customers, and we're proud of our India and US engineering teams and their impact to our product development. We're committed to investing in employees where it makes sense to best support our products and customers, regardless of geography. As a Private Equity ownership, we are focused on the bottom line, which enables us to reinvest in the business and our employees so we can continue to scale to meet our customers needs.
