Business Outlook
Pros
Fun place to work. It was a MUCH better company before their current investors got involved. They used to bring in everyone from every office twice a year for a week of meetings and team building events. It was a great place to learn and they really invested in their own people. They're a company who looks to promote from within. The owner is serious about work but he created a really great work atmosphere.
Cons
The pay is about average and their investors (K1) have made it a less fun place to work.
