I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Poonam Bajaj for her invaluable guidance and support. Having worked in top-tier multinational corporations, I have never encountered such a warm, friendly, and supportive HR team. Special recognition goes to Nichelle, Raghavendra, Kritika, and Niveditha for their exceptional handling of my entire onboarding process at Smarsh. I always feel comfortable reaching out to them with any queries, and they consistently demonstrate a remarkable level of approachability and professionalism, devoid of any attitude that is often observed in other companies. They are true rockstars and deserve a resounding applause for their outstanding contributions!

      Unlimited PTO Flexible Work Environment Strong Reputation

      Changing expectations - I will say that this is to be expected in an industry like compliance so therefore you have to be willing to understand change is inevitable Self Directed - This isn't a personal con however this is something to realize as you come into an environment like Smarsh. People are still willing to lend you advice or insights but ultimate your day to day is determined by you. It would be helpful to plan your quarter/month ahead of time.
