      -Awesome benefits -Amazing PTO/Vacation policy -Additional company holidays (Juneteenth and Election Day!) Smarsh is the first “cool” company I’ve worked for and for the first time in my life they make me feel like I can truly grow within the company and back it up by giving my two promotions within 3 years

      Cons

      Corporate credit card program is shared responsibility, meaning approval for corporate cards (from CC company, not Smarsh) require personal credit check

      Good people, not so great upper management

      Pros

      Smart, nice people to work with. Highly collaborative environment. Excellent work-life balance as long as you give results.

      Cons

      Smarsh leaders used to promote a People First culture. Growth opportunities became scarce and a layoff is expected at all times even if you are a high performer, especially in the US (I guess it's cost-related).
