      Pros

      I like their working style and the Value they give to employees. Other than the salary they provide numerous other benefits like - Health/GYM, Mobile Bill, Internet Bill, EYE Check Bill, and Dental Bill reimbursements. Lunch every Friday. I doubt any other company provides these many.

      Cons

      The only thing is sometimes WFR with good settlements.
