Pros

Downtown Portland office location, good benefits, occasional office happy hours or events.

Cons

Dry, lifeless office environment; Unrealistic quotas and high pressure; Very low base salaries, especially for the industry, and a demotivating commission structure; Immature sales managers that understand directing and calculating, but not managing or motivating; Insufficient training accompanied by high expectations.

Pros

"This Place Is a Soulless Paycheck—Nothing More. The only thing worth anything here is the salary, and even that feels like hush money. Every so-called 'positive review' is either written by interns forced by HR or shamelessly manufactured to hide the truth. There’s zero value, zero growth, and zero integrity."

Cons

"This Company Is Nothing More Than a Firing Factory Disguised as a Workplace" Working here is like entering a warehouse for disposable employees. They hire in bulk and fire just as fast—your performance doesn’t matter, because you're treated like trash regardless. If you're looking for constant anxiety about getting laid off, you've come to the right place. The Capture Team is led by unstable, power-drunk individuals. The director couldn’t care less about your skills—your value depends on whether you smoke and drink with him. Yes, actual qualifications take a back seat to bar buddies. Management is a pathetic display of sycophancy. Senior managers spend more time sucking up to VPs than managing teams. Merit, ethics, and professionalism don’t exist here. Avoid this place like the plague. It’s toxic, chaotic, and utterly degrading.
