      Stagnation and Lack of Direction

      Pros

      Lenient, not as strict as most places. Originally we did not have benefits, but eventually we got some which were nice. I appreciated that.

      Cons

      Pay is low and raises are rare. Any sort of benefit we receive means no raise for like two years. As inflation is outpacing pay, coworkers are looking for opportunities elsewhere. Moral is pretty low because of this. There is NO opportunity for career growth in this company. Due to OCR (marketed as AI) takes a chunk of the workload now, we are expected to process things that are harder to discern in the same amount of time. So now we have been running into constant teetering of quality and through rate issues. Extra projects we are put on have little or unclear documentation, or there are some odd exceptions not stated anywhere. The constant checking and going back and forth on projects as we run out of work means processing has slowed down, and harder to get back to optimal speed and mentally taxing, but still expected to have the same output. It is a good entry level job, but expect to move on if you want more pay or to advance your career.

      Fine entry level experience, but not for long term career growth

      Gained entry-level knowledge outside of my focused position and skills, short-term growth, good employee bonds

      Cons

      Overload employees without good direction or communication, static work with no room to grow long-term, no room for accepting feedback from employees
