      Pros

      Fun people to work with and lots of room to grow if you put in the work and time. The company is very respectful and is an honest business with a clear vision. The job can be both frustrating and rewarding. Even the lowest people can clearly see their impact on the companies performance.

      Cons

      Can be hard to move up if you are not motivated. There is no advancement path other than putting in extra time and proving your worth. Expectations of job can be lacking at times, however, it does give you the to focus on what you think is important.
