Everyone is driven with a common goal to solve customer problems, whether you are a programmer or customer support - which is evident as the business is growing. Because of customer growth and customer impact, sometimes it gets stressful but this will prepare you to handle complex scenarios nicely in the future as well. Extremely friendly people as you can chat and joke casually with CEOs and Vice presidents. Java is extensively used here so it's a wonderful place if you want to advance your career in Java. You'll learn in and outs of the language. Machine learning is being embraced extensively so you'll find opportunities over there too. If you're someone who's looking to go to the management field, the opportunity is boundless as you'll be leading customer calls, deals, projects, and internal teams and there's so much to learn. Management is open to new ideas if you prove the impact of it.
