Pros

The atmosphere and dress are casual and pay is commensurate with performance in Data Entry. Managers and experienced staff encourage asking for help and will inform everyone of changes in standards. Extra hours are readily available and scheduling is highly flexible.

Cons

Hours are dependent on workflow, which means a down server may mean no work for the day. There's very little upward mobility and the work can be tedious.
