Pros

I love the idea of working for a forward thinking organization. SEPA is highly respected among its peers in the industry which is a testament to it's culture and staff. The benefits are AWESOME highlighted with a gold star. I love working with a group of smart and FUN individuals.

Cons

As the industry grows so is SEPA as well as the priorities of the organization.

Exciting work in renewable energy, engaged and active board of directors, generally staff is well experienced and engaged.

Cons

CEO, lack of trust, no loyalty to long time employees, fails to set appropriate KPI's - constantly changing direction with priorities; staff seem lost at times.
