Pros

Young, smart staff in a growing industry. Good benefits.

Cons

Senior staff very disorganized and not a lot of experience outside SEPA. A select few seem to overstep others and get involved in areas that are not part of their job or department's responsibilities. High turnover rate and little concern with not being able to keep staff. Board has asked staff about the turnover but no action yet.

The office culture is great and everyone seems to want to take the extra step to perform their job even better!

Cons

hours can be a pain, esp since we cannot work remotely

Upper management and the constant change of direction and protocols has been a strain.
