exploiting cheap labor and false promises

you can learn basic entry level knowledge quickly

Cons

too many cons, they try to make you work extra hours with no bonus. they make you stay and not quit with the false promises of salary increase which will never happen.

I worked at Smart IMS as a full time employee for more than 6 years and I had an opportunity to work with some outstanding people, hard workers, dedicated employees and a great team amity. It’s a wonderful platform to learn a wide range of niche technologies. its a right place if you wanted to work hard and be rewarded for the effort.

Cons

I don’t think I have something that negatively affected me during my tenure with the company.
