Compensation is well BELOW national standards. No raises or promotions as company promised from day one.

Good company. We get transport, snacks allonces.

Cons

Lot of Internal politics go on, Wont get proper hike, Managers are not well experienced, Also If projects goes they will simply move to NOC department and fire you.
