Worked for more than 3 years. Good company to work for. Management team is very open, transparent and accessible. They will support you with any new ideas.

Cons

They hired some amateur employees in India office. Some in sales and some developers.

Worst Sales and Marketing Dept, I have worked for SmartIMS for one year from there i had lost my total knowledge.

Cons

Managers and Management are surely a political Leaders, company is depended not on CEO it is Depended on Managers

Pros

With the company for more than nine years. They supported me when my visa status was a problem through my previous employer. Its very good ever since.

Cons

I can not think of anything. Don't interact everyday to know of problems. The way they treat me, I don't thing there will be any issues.
