Pros

I guess nothing good to tell about. Only if you are good at buttering you can survive. No need to have technical knowledge. Appraisals are not based on talent. Good for freshers.

Cons

You can enjoy staying their if senior likes you. If senior like you then you can get good review and appraisals else difficult to survive. They do false commitment at the time of joining. All good resource leave company within a year.
