      Home Based One Man Driven Company

      Pros

      Can Learn new technologies but technical leaders have very limited knowledge

      Cons

      Home based company. Its being single handedly driven by one man who doesnot have any technical knowledge.

      Pros

      I have been working for SmartIms as a java Lead for the past 5 years. The company is growing fast and we get to learn a lot in terms of technology and process. Nice friendly environment and management. No unnecessary layers of management. Work is challenging and environment is supportive

      Cons

      As the company is growing sometimes it becomes a little challenging to produce the expected output.

      It’s a good company for a long term stability and building career. They have a good clientele with development projects and teams are of a blend of both highly experienced and mid-level professionals. Professional Environment. Lots of scope to learn new technologies, Job stability, transparent work culture, Onsite assignments and R&R (Rewards and Recognition). And always there are enough internal opportunities to prove myself and to try something new

      Cons

      I do not see any major Cons which I can think of. For me it has been an excellent journey with Smart IMS till now.
