      Pros

      Very friendly team. Transparent approach in management and no egos. Works on lot of latest technologies and with excellent facilities. Lot of encouragement for hard working and dedicated people. Realized the importance of the company even more after leaving Smart IMS. Team still stays in touch and welcoming. Very friendly people.

      Cons

      Since they are in high growth mode, lot of importance and attention to performance. With few layers in management in a flat organization, good or bad is very visible,

      I have been with Smart IMS for the past 3 years and working as a Resource Manager Pros: Professional environment, process oriented and technology driven. Great place to learn. You will have enough scope to grow within the organization.

      Pros

      Easy going for people who just want to come and take their paychecks . Good to learn office politics and practice the same

      Cons

      Typical body shopping company. Employees have shady experience/ qualifications . No background check done. Managers have liberal arts degree from no name local schools without any hands on experience in IT . Office space is unhygienic and smaller than a local grocers shop Company plays dirty and holds on to ur Full and final salary and experince letter/ relieving letter
