It’s a good company for a long term stability and building career. They have a good clientele with development projects and teams are of a blend of both highly experienced and mid-level professionals. Professional Environment. Lots of scope to learn new technologies, Job stability, transparent work culture, Onsite assignments and R&R (Rewards and Recognition). And always there are enough internal opportunities to prove myself and to try something new

I do not see any major Cons which I can think of. For me it has been an excellent journey with Smart IMS till now.

SmartIMS always makes me feel like FAMILY!!! The independent nature of working environment required an extraordinary level of trust and communication with management.
