Schedule was very flexible. Great co-workers.

Cons

Horrible opportunities for advancement. I worked as a college student here and had my associate's degree in business which would have made me a great candidate for a leadership role but instead was held back in favor of people who have been there longer. Biased advancement based on tenure instead of skill.
